Order & Payment

To place an order, simply browse our products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You'll need to provide your shipping information and payment details to complete your purchase.

You can modify or cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it by contacting our customer service. After that period, your order may have already entered our processing system and cannot be changed.

Shipping & Delivery

We typically process orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary by location but generally take 3-7 business days within India. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders over ₹499. For orders below this amount, a nominal shipping fee will be applied based on your location.

Currently, we only ship within India. We're working on expanding our services to international locations in the future.

Products & Quality

Yes, all our spices are 100% organic and sourced directly from certified organic farms. We ensure they are free from pesticides, chemicals, and artificial additives.

For maximum freshness, store spices in airtight containers away from heat, light, and moisture. A cool, dark cupboard is ideal. Whole spices retain their flavor longer than ground spices.

Whole spices can maintain optimal flavor for 2-3 years, while ground spices are best used within 6 months to 1 year. All our packages include a "best before" date for your reference.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for any damaged, defective, or incorrect items. The product must be in its original packaging and condition. Please contact our customer service to initiate a return.

Once we receive the returned item, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your payment method and bank processing times.
